Bilingual Guides: Spanish and English. Portuguese available only on Sundays (departing from Cancun).

Babies: Ages 0 to 3 travel on a parent’s lap. You can book an additional seat for a $35 USD recovery fee.
Children: Ages 4 to 11 (recommended).

06:30 - 08:30 am: Hotel lobby pick-up (5-minute tolerance).
